About the assignment We are now looking for an administrator for a municipal operation in northern Stockholm. The assignment is a consulting position through us at Bemannia, expected to start immediately and last until June 30, 2026.

Work percentage: 50% (part-time). Location: Northern Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with administration, HR, and finance.

Finance: Support/process leader in ongoing budget work, invoicing, and invoice management

HR: Handling HR issues in payroll systems such as drafting employment contracts, administrative HR issues where contact with the payroll unit is central (e.g., in case of absence/medical certificates, schedule creation, etc.)

Administration: Ordering technical equipment, travel, premises. Overall function/overview (e.g., keeping track of processes, when contracts need to be renewed, when medical certificates expire) but also practical (e.g., ordering refreshments, name tags, maintaining participant lists, sending invitations)

Be able to assist with project applications and the creation and editing of presentations in PPT.

Your qualifications

• Relevant education in the field

• Experience in ongoing budget work, invoicing and invoice management, handling HR issues in payroll systems such as drafting employment contracts, etc.

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Good computer skills
