Right now, we are searching for a responsible person for the role of Finnish-speaking customer service representative for an innovative bank. In this role, you will work for a successful and expanding company operating in banking and finance, with its headquarters in central Stockholm. The employment begins with a thorough introductory training where you will learn everything you need to know to get started in the best way – great emphasis is placed on ensuring that all consultants become part of the company from day one. You will also get to work in an expanding environment.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include guiding and meeting customers in a service-oriented and professional manner via phone. Additionally, you will administer and manage cases.

Your job will include, for example:

• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Handling bank-related cases

Your Profile

Are you the one we are looking for? This job suits you if you are open and always striving forward. The role requires you to juggle multiple tasks and enjoy when things are happening. You have good knowledge in administration, customer calls, and service, which you have gained either from studies or work experience. If you have worked in customer service before, you will climb higher on the list of interesting candidates.

We are also looking for someone who:

• is fluent in Finnish & Swedish, both spoken and written
• is loyal and wants to develop
• has experience in service work

It is a merit if you:

• have experience in banking or customer service from previous jobs
