Do you want to contribute to the future of public transport in the Stockholm region?🚆 We are now looking for an experienced Program Administrator for a comprehensive and long-term investment program in rail traffic. This assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a structured role close to project and program management – where your efforts make a real difference for hundreds of thousands of travelers every day.

This is a consulting assignment starting in February 2026 and initially running for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

As a program administrator, you are a central support in a complex program with many stakeholders, a fast pace, and clear demands for structure, quality, and collaboration. You work closely with program management and project teams and contribute to ensuring order, follow-up, and smooth processes in everyday work.

The assignment takes place in a public, community-supporting organization with a strong focus on sustainability, transparency, and accountability.

• Administrative support to program and project management

• Document and information coordination in project/program environments

• Management and follow-up of supplier invoices

• Work in financial systems and document management systems

• Support in meeting structure, reporting, and follow-up

• Contribute to effective office and collaboration routines

• At least a high school education

• 4–6 years of experience as a program or project administrator

• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office and good general IT maturity

• At least 4 years of experience with financial systems, preferably accounts payable

• Experience from public sector is highly meritorious

• Experience in document management in projects/programs is a plus
