We are looking for a project owner for Locum.

About the assignment

The assignment is full-time with immediate start. It will last at least until the end of 2026.

The project owner is primarily responsible for the project and must safeguard the management's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle. The project owner is the client of the project. The role acts as a link between the project and management and ensures that the project delivers business benefits and effect goals. The project owner follows the project from start to handover, including any warranty issues, and is responsible for making decisions and leading the steering group. The role is strategic and focuses on why and what the project should deliver, while the project manager is responsible for how it is executed.

Your tasks

• Responsible for creating and driving the business to ensure business viability.

• Responsible for proactively steering and strategically leading the projects for which they are the project owner, as well as setting the structure for all phases of the project. The project owner is also responsible for ensuring that the project's effect goals are developed and permeate the project so that they are achieved.

• Responsible for working together with relevant stakeholders to compile a needs analysis that describes the needs of tenants and the property that must be met in the project. Ensures that the right requirements are set for the project, that follow-up occurs against the requirements, and the reception of the construction projects.

• Has overall responsibility from start to reception of the project and closure even if the execution is assigned to the project manager.

• Responsible for establishing lease agreements and other agreements required to carry out the project together with the Manager.

Your qualifications

• University or college education.

• Training and experience in relevant regulations and laws.

Meritorious

• Meritorious: experience as a project manager for understanding the project process.

• Ability to work closely with clients and build relationships.
