About the role

As an administrator, you are an important link in the daily work and contribute to our operations being able to focus on their core mission: to provide the right support at the right time to the residents of Sollentuna. You will work with invoice management, payroll administration, registration in Procapita/Lifecare, and provide service and administrative support to managers and caseworkers. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues, where your work creates conditions for quality, efficiency, and security throughout the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with an economic focus, and several years of relevant experience in administrative work. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience in administrative work within social services or other public operations is an advantage.

You are quality-conscious and actively contribute ideas and knowledge to develop work methods and create a legally secure and professional support for the operations.
