Take on the challenge with us in the role of Documentation Manager. With us, you will be part of a dynamic workplace with many exciting and varied tasks.

About the Position

The position of Documentation Manager is developing and varied, with broad responsibilities within the organization. As the Documentation Manager for technical facility information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate, structured, and of high quality.

You will work closely with our project operations to ensure that the requirements for technical facility information are met and that management has the best conditions for a handover. You will also handle cases in our case management system and provide support and guidance regarding management's requirements. In this role, issues related to physical facility security will be an important part of the work.

You will also be involved in developing and improving routines and working methods within the unit. There is ample room to think innovatively and to help shape the role over time. There is also a great opportunity to make site visits to our facilities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the power system and contribute to Svenska kraftnät's important societal mission.

You will be part of the Technical Facility Information unit, which is responsible for the management of technical facility information for Svenska kraftnät's facilities. We are about 16 employees and consultants who work closely together in an open and inclusive climate where we support each other, especially when the pace is high or the questions are complex.

Svenska kraftnät is in a strong growth phase, which means there are great opportunities to influence, develop, and contribute to organizational development. Of course, with a focus on quality.

About You

You are used to working independently, can prioritize and organize your tasks, and enjoy taking responsibility for achieving set goals. You feel confident handling complex issues and placing them in a broader context.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Furthermore, you have a university or college degree or equivalent education and/or corresponding competence acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät assesses as equivalent. You also have:

  • Several years of experience working with technical facility information in management or projects (for example, as a documentation controller, data coordinator).
  • Several years of experience in project or management work within infrastructure, community building, industry, or facilities.
  • Experience working in document management systems such as IFS.
  • Experience in developing routines and work processes.
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:
