About the Position

We are looking for a Registrar for a government agency in Stockholm!

The position includes the following tasks:

Daily mail opening, registration, and dispatching
Monitoring of the official email inbox
File management and archiving of registered documents and cases
Contact with employees and the public regarding the agency's documents and cases in accordance with the principle of public access
Providing information about ongoing and completed cases
Generating statistics on ongoing and completed cases.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position of Registrar is a full-time consultancy assignment with immediate start as agreed. The end date of the assignment will be communicated during the process.

Requirements for the Position:

Certified registrar, registrar training at university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one (1) year of work experience as a registrar
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.)
Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the responsibilities of registrars
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
