ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a part-time office assistant on behalf of Modular Management for a long-term assignment. Here’s how our previous consultants describe the position in their own words:

About the position:

  • Scope: Approximately 8-16 hours per week
  • Working hours: Office hours
  • Long-term part-time consultancy assignment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

You will work with a variety of tasks, both high and low, and support various office work. This may include:

  • Purchasing and ordering office supplies and business cards
  • Receiving orders
  • Planning and coordinating various types of events and kick-offs
  • Ensuring the office areas are tidy and representative
  • Mail handling
  • Contact with cleaning companies and landlords
  • Administrative tasks related to invoicing and recruitment may be added based on interest

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is a student in a post-secondary education with at least 1.5 years left in your studies
  • Has good computer skills
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Has good proficiency in English and Swedish as you will communicate in both languages

It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role or have service experience.
