About the Position

We at KFX HR-partner are now looking for a switchboard operator for our client in Östermalm. Here you will have the opportunity to become a key person in the company's daily customer contact – a role where your commitment and ability to create good relationships really make a difference.

As a switchboard operator, you are the company's voice to the outside world. You receive calls, help customers and visitors find the right contact person, and ensure that everyone who reaches out receives a professional and pleasant response.

This is a full-time position with immediate start – perfect for you who thrive in a varied and social role where structure and service go hand in hand.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a team focused on service, collaboration, and quality. Your role is central to the company's communication and involves daily contact with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Referring customers and visitors to the right department or contact person
  • Receiving, managing, and forwarding messages via phone and email
  • Providing basic information about the company's operations and services
  • Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the team and towards visitors

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we believe you are communicative, meticulous, and have a genuine sense of service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to different types of people and situations.

We would like you to have:

  • Previous experience as a switchboard operator, receptionist, or in customer service
  • Very good computer skills and the ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Structured, responsible, and easy to collaborate with
  • A positive attitude and the ability to maintain calm even in a high-paced environment

Other Information

Start: Immediately

Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Location: Stockholm, Östermalm
