Are you a relationship builder who loves talking to people and is driven by creating satisfied, loyal customers? We are now looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team at Jakt & Fiskejournalen Sverige AB, owned by 3F Media Group.
About us
We are Sweden's leading media house in hunting and fishing. With popular print magazines, rapidly growing digital news sites, the largest YouTube channel in the Nordics, and an expanding e-commerce platform, we are the hub for passionate practitioners across the country. Our customer service is the heart of our business, and we are now looking for someone who wants to specifically focus on strengthening our existing customer relationships.
About the role
Unlike a traditional customer service role, you won't be waiting for calls. You are our proactive voice reaching out to customers to secure their loyalty, guide them digitally, and ensure they never miss an issue of our magazines.
Your main responsibilities:
- Active Customer Care & Retention: You will contact customers whose subscriptions are about to expire or have recently ended to ensure they don't miss our upcoming issues and offers.
- Digitalization: You will guide our readers on how to activate their digital login and help them access our digital content.
- Data Quality: You will help us update contact information and inform about convenient payment solutions (e.g., card payments) for a smoother customer journey.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with our regular customer service team to provide our customers with a seamless experience.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about personal conversations. You have a natural ability to build trust over the phone and thrive in a fast-paced environment working towards set goals. You are not afraid to take the initiative and see every customer interaction as an opportunity to create added value.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service or sales over the phone.
- Enjoys sales and finding the best product for each individual customer.
- Is comfortable reaching out to people and is a skilled listener.
- Can explain technical and digital processes in a simple and positive way.
- Is persistent, goal-oriented, and enjoys working independently.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish, and is comfortable using the phone as your primary tool.

Practical information
- Scope: Full-time project employment, estimated at 3 months initially.
- Location: Stockholm (Humlegården). We work hybrid with fixed days in the office. The initial weeks will be entirely on-site for thorough onboarding.
- Working hours: Weekdays 08:00 – 17:00 initially. May be adjusted if response rates increase during early evenings and weekends.
