Do you want to contribute to structure, service, and job satisfaction in an organization where people are at the center?

Are you a service-oriented and engaged person who enjoys administrative tasks and preferably has experience in HR, payroll, or sustainability/ESG? Then this could be the right role for you. Toyota Material Handling Sweden, Sweden's leading supplier of forklifts, is now looking for a responsible administrator who values order and is passionate about supporting colleagues in their daily work.

Job Description

In this role, you will be an important part of the HR department and a close support to the organization and our five subsidiaries. You will work with personnel administration and administrative tasks within the HR area, including sustainability and ESG-related reporting. You will also have a central role as the office manager for our headquarters in Solna, where about 100 employees work. Here, you contribute to ensuring that the office runs smoothly and pleasantly through contact with suppliers and landlords, ordering office supplies, and taking care of external visitors.

You will be part of our HR team, which consists of six people, and work closely with your colleagues in a daily environment characterized by collaboration, helpfulness, and humility. The role suits you if you enjoy variety, have many points of contact, and thrive on being the one who keeps things flowing - both in the big and small matters. In addition to HR administration, you will support various HR processes and also handle simpler payroll administrative tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is warm, down-to-earth, and solution-oriented, and who enjoys creating a positive work environment around them. You are structured, meticulous, and have a genuine service mindset. You like to take initiative, are comfortable working independently, and can easily prioritize when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously. You are unpretentious, pitch in where needed, and are willing to go the extra mile to contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the office. Since the role involves many contacts within the organization, you enjoy working on-site and being visible in the operations.

We prefer that you have experience in administrative work, preferably within HR or in HR systems, and that you are accustomed to working with the Office suite and various systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Above all, we place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to contribute with commitment, service joy, and care. It is an advantage if you live in Solna or nearby.
