OCEAN BUS is now looking for dedicated and service-oriented guides for our unique sightseeing concept.

OCEAN BUS offers guided tours in an amphibious bus that drives through the city streets and then straight into the sea. Our guests get an unforgettable experience – and you are the one who sets the tone!

About the role

As a guide, you are the face of OCEAN BUS and are responsible for providing our guests with a memorable, informative, and safe tour. You tell stories about Stockholm's history, attractions, and contemporary life – while creating a warm and entertaining atmosphere on board.

Your main responsibilities:

• Guide during the tours (using a script)
• Welcome and take care of guests before, during, and after the tour
• Assist at the boarding and disembarking area
• Conduct safety briefings for passengers
• Answer questions and provide world-class service
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and high quality of the experience

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident in speaking in front of groups, and loves meeting people. You have a knack for engaging, storytelling, and adapting to different types of guests.

We would like you to:

• Have excellent knowledge of English and Swedish (required)
• Other language skills (meritorious)
• Have previous experience in guiding, tourism, or service (meritorious)
• Be service-oriented, positive, and professional
• Be comfortable speaking in front of larger groups
• Be flexible and able to work daytime, evenings, and weekends during the season
