Access Administrator

Our client is now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Access Administrator to ensure smooth processes within critical infrastructure. You will play a central role in managing access administration and supporting key projects, contributing to a safe and efficient operation.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Access Administrator, you will be a key person in ensuring that all staff have the correct access and permissions to perform their tasks. You will work in a team of about 10 people where you coordinate the access management for the projects the team is driving.

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed through Academic Work. The position is initially for six months and may be extended thereafter.

The role is based in Solna, and travel to Forsmark will occur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The position mainly involves work as an access administrator but may also include other administrative tasks, such as supporting managers in their daily work.

  • Administer the access process, including collecting personal data, sending out and following up on forms
  • Manage and follow up on access requirements, such as mandatory training and guidance to the right information
  • Be responsible for pre-registrations, both new and renewals
  • Administer permissions and systems, such as ACC, Interaxo, as well as ordering and renewing IT accounts
  • Manage passages and administration related to external vehicle control
  • Other administrative tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a completed university degree
  • Has previous experience in administrative tasks, either from work or education
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as tasks are conducted in both languages
  • Has good knowledge of the Office package such as Excel
  • A valid security clearance is required to be considered for this role.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • An interest in the energy sector or critical societal functions.

  • Have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Have good service orientation and a willingness to be helpful.
  • Are meticulous and have the ability to work in a structured manner.
