Job Responsibilities

  • Customer contact via phone and email
  • Handling customer inquiries related to bookings and appointments
  • Administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordination and communication internally and externally
  • Planning and follow-up of daily tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or similar
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Able to work independently and in a structured manner
