Every high-resolution screen you see, whether it's a TV, phone, tablet, or Apple Watch, has Mycronic's machines as part of the manufacturing process.

Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for an HR Business Partner who will be an important part of the HR team for the Swedish operations with our two sites in Täby and Kista. The team currently consists of an HR partner, an HR administrator, and your immediate manager, who is the HR manager for Sweden. In addition to your immediate team, you will work with HR for our two divisions in Sweden and Corporate HR (Total Reward, Learning & Development, HRIS), as well as with other key stakeholders such as health and safety and union representatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Business Partner at Mycronic, you will work broadly and operationally close to the business. You will provide daily guidance and practical HR advice to managers throughout the organization – with a particular focus on our production operations, but also on development, service, and everything in between. Wherever needs arise in the organization, you are a natural support in HR-related matters. Your work may involve onboarding and offboarding, development and performance processes, salary setting, and coaching in leadership and employee matters. You will also have the opportunity to drive Employer Branding initiatives that strengthen our visibility and relationship with future talents – thereby contributing to the development of our employer brand.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Support recruitment and collaboration with external partners.
• Work with salary mapping, salary setting, and benefits.
• Handle cases related to attendance, rehabilitation, and employee issues.
• Develop and coordinate HR processes, routines, and frameworks.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for both managers and employees.
• Drive Employer Branding activities and build relationships with students and future talents.
• Provide support in workplace safety and labor law matters and participate in dialogues with union representatives as needed.
• Ensure that processes, tools, and documentation comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Contribute to good data quality, GDPR compliance, and HR administration.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role with a fast pace and is confident in taking initiatives. You are fearless, willing to try new ways of working, and approach new areas with curiosity and engagement. You have a natural ability to build relationships and quickly establish trust with both managers and employees. You also have a good sense of communication and use it to create clarity, build understanding, and support managers in their daily work. You are open to working with modern digital tools – where AI is one of several tools we explore together to simplify and strengthen our HR processes. You balance structure with drive and are happy to contribute your expertise to strengthen the whole in the team and the business.

In addition, you have…

• A degree in HR, economics, organizational development, or similar
• About 3-5 years of work experience from broad HR work
• Good knowledge of Office 365 and experience working in an HR system (we use Oracle).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

We consider it an advantage if you have…

• Experience from working in a manufacturing technology company
• Experience working in a matrix organization
