As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key person in client assignments and work closely with senior consultants. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating structure so that the team can deliver with quality and pace.

Examples of tasks:

• Support with written materials such as quotes, presentations, and reports
• Ensure correct document management and updates in internal systems
• Plan and book meetings, presentations, and internal work meetings
• Follow up on deadlines, materials, and deliveries

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in project coordination, administration, or customer-facing roles. You are an experienced user of Microsoft 365 and are skilled in administrative tasks. You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Very good ability to prioritize and create order
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and are particularly skilled in PowerPoint and Word
• Good system proficiency

• Duration of the assignment: 3 months
• Start: Immediately
• Location: Stockholm city
• Scope: Full-time

This is a full-time consulting assignment for three months starting January 12. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your working days at our client's office in Stockholm city.
