We are now looking for an HR Specialist who wants to work broadly and closely with labor law and union relations in the Nordics. The role is suitable for you who thrive in an advisory position, close to the business, and who wants to support managers as well as contribute to a safe, professional, and quality-assured HR delivery in an international environment.

The office is located in Stockholm, and the desired start date is February 23, 2026. The assignment is a consultancy role that initially extends until September 30, 2026, where you will be employed as a consultant through The Place and work with our client.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, employment contracts, and labor law in the Nordics

• Handling labor law issues, including disciplinary matters, performance management, and conflict resolution

• Participating in larger workplace-related events such as reorganizations, change management, and other business transformations

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• A degree in HR, labor law, or equivalent

• At least 2–4 years of experience with labor law and union issues in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark)

• Good knowledge of labor law and union processes

Meritorious:

• Experience working in an international or larger corporate environment
