Registrar at Södertörn District Court
Are you passionate about service and administration and want to contribute to the rule of law in our democratic society? Then the position of registrar might be for you!
Our organization consists of employees with various competencies, each of whom is significant in maintaining legal security and high quality at all levels. The district court consists of six adjudicating departments and one administrative department, which includes the registration and archive unit.
Your Responsibilities
At the registration and archive unit, approximately 13 employees work with the handling, registration, and archiving of the authority's documents. As a registrar, you manage emails, mail, and register incoming cases and matters in the authority's case management system.
You respond to or otherwise handle inquiries from parties, the public, journalists, and authorities. This involves a lot of contacts both internally and externally, mostly via phone and email. Within the unit, we work together, which means you may also assist in the archive as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with current experience as a registrar or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have good digital skills and use computers and email as natural tools in your daily work. The role requires you to express yourself clearly and correctly in both spoken and written Swedish.
It is advantageous if you have completed a certified registrar training or equivalent. Knowledge of additional languages beyond Swedish, such as English or other relevant languages for the position, is also considered an asset.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, quality-conscious, and enjoys administrative work. You collaborate well, actively contribute to the organization, and work in a structured, efficient, and meticulous manner with both detail focus and a holistic perspective. In periods of high tempo, you remain calm and stable, can prioritize your work, and maintain a good demeanor.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. Therefore, we apply competence-based recruitment and may use tests as part of the selection process. To be considered for employment with us, you need to be deemed suitable. This means that you uphold democratic values and act in accordance with the state value framework that governs the operations of Sweden's courts. Before employment, we conduct background checks.
