As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key person in our client assignments and work closely with our Partners and consultants. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating structure so that the teams can deliver with quality, pace, and precision. Days will vary but will primarily consist of the following tasks.

• Plan, coordinate, and book client and candidate meetings, presentations, and internal working meetings

• Follow up on deadlines, materials, and deliveries to ensure high quality

• Support with written materials such as proposals, Longlist documents, PowerPoint presentations for pitch meetings, candidate reports (including document management, proofreading, distribution)

• Contribute to the development of common processes, templates, and working methods within Pelago and ensure that all data is entered correctly into Pelago's database

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in project coordination, administration, or client-facing roles, preferably from management consulting, finance, or law. 

You have a strong ability to structure and prioritize and create order in complex contexts. You are service-oriented, professional, and confident in client contact, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in an entrepreneurial climate. You combine quality with pace and dare to make decisions even in ambiguous situations.

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, starting in spring 2026. The position is located at Tändstickspalatset, Västra Trädgårdsgatan, Stockholm.
