We are now looking for more driven employees for our support team who want to help maintain and develop a world-class customer service!

As a Customer Service Advisor at Alf, you will work to ensure the best possible customer experience and that our users receive the help they need. You will be the first point of contact for our users and resolve a variety of issues related to our devices, the Alf app, payments, and deliveries.

You will report to the Head of Customer Support but also collaborate with our colleagues in product development and 2nd line support to smoothly resolve customer issues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via channels such as phone and email and providing effective support.

• Identifying and analyzing customer problems through basic troubleshooting.

• Registering and managing cases in our support system to ensure follow-up and proper handling.

• Collecting and reporting feedback from customers to continuously improve our service.

This is a perfect role for you who are at the start of your career in customer service. We would like you to have:

• A completed high school education.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Experience in customer service via phone and email, for example from a call center or similar environment, is a plus.

• A strong commitment, initiative, and a willingness to learn new things.

• The ability to remain calm and deliver good service even during busy periods.

• An interest in technology – you don’t need to be an expert, but you are comfortable with apps and digital solutions and curious to learn more.

We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys talking to people all day long. You will be part of a close-knit team with five highly skilled colleagues of different ages and backgrounds – a group that supports each other at work and has fun together! 💫
