ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in maintaining and improving our internal processes and compliance with external regulations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure we meet all requirements and contribute to a robust quality culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

The role involves actively contributing to maintaining and developing the company's quality and compliance system by performing administrative tasks, data collection, and process improvements.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of quality and compliance processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality and compliance.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support training of staff on new or updated guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Manage deviations and contribute to root cause analyses.
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have a good understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Have basic knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Possess advanced skills in Office 365, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience working with document management systems.
  • Knowledge of risk management.
  • Experience from a regulated industry.
