We are now looking for a land manager for a municipality just south of Stockholm. The assignment runs from April 1 to December 31, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for an experienced person who has worked as a land manager for at least five years.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment involves providing an experienced land manager who, during a continuous period, part-time (approximately 60%), can complement the regular resources of the land and development unit.

The land manager should independently be able to establish and negotiate agreements regarding the purchase and sale of land, land allocation agreements, and lease agreements, as well as manage the administration of buildings and premises. The assignment also includes ongoing work related to land and property-related issues within the organization.

Timeline and Scope
  • Scope: Full-time, 40-60% of a full-time position

  • Start date: April 1, 2026.

  • End date: December 31, 2026

  • Work format: The assignment allows for both remote work and on-site work

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you are attentive, professional, and have a good eye for detail. You are open and flexible to the customer's needs and wishes, and you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Have a degree as a university-educated surveyor, land management engineer, or civil engineer with another relevant specialization, or other education deemed equivalent.

  • Have at least five (5) years of experience working as a land manager or in a similar role.

  • Have solid experience in land management and good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Land Code, Planning and Building Act, Property Formation Act, Construction Act, and the Public Procurement Act.

  • Have documented experience in project management.

  • Be structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to work with a focus on development and improvement.

  • Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

  • Have good organizational skills and work carefully and methodically.

  • When relevant to the assignment and at the client's request, follow applicable policies and strategies, such as those related to the environment, travel and vehicles, project management, information security, and work environment, and contribute to the client's established goals.
