ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Product Data Manager, your central task will be to structure and parameterize complex product specifications. You will analyze existing product specifications for large pumps, structure and update attributes, and harmonize modules. You will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring the quality of product data. You will work closely with technical teams to implement effective solutions. You are expected to be structured, meticulous, and possess good problem-solving skills.

This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of one year, with good opportunities for extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Structure and parameterize complex product specifications.
• Analyze existing product specifications for large pumps.
• Develop a parameter-based foundation that later enables technical rules for automated combination of modules in XGV/Windchill, BRMS/Guru, and related systems.
• Actively work with product structures and large datasets in Excel.
• Identify and standardize inconsistent terminology in product data.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Has experience with modular product structures and variant logic.
• Has strong Excel skills and is accustomed to analyzing large datasets.
• Has an understanding of article structures, BOM (Bill of Material), and technical documentation.
• Has fluent English skills, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with PLM processes and PDM systems (e.g., SAP, Windchill, or similar).
• Experience with pumps or rotating equipment.
• The ability to create clear and robust document and attribute structures.
• Knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
