Customer and Staff Manager

The Role
As a customer manager, you have overall responsibility for your customers and their assistance assignments. You work closely with customers, personal assistants, and team leaders, ensuring that each assignment is based on the customer's life, choices, and decisions regarding assistance. You are responsible for quality, continuity, and compliance with legislation.
You will also be part of an organization that is small enough to be close – and large enough to make a difference as part of the NHC Group. This means you will work in a warm and personal culture with the strength and stability of a larger welfare corporation.
Our Working Method & Location
- Our headquarters is in Stockholm – in Marieberg on Kungsholmen. At the same time, we work modernly and flexibly:
- Work is done flexibly from the office, home, or wherever it suits best
- Frequent Teams meetings keep us close to each other despite the distance
- Ongoing physical meetings (IRL) provide space for dialogue, collaboration, and development
- The most important thing is your presence in the assignments and your ability to lead, support, and create structure, not your geographical location.
What We Are Currently Working On
We are in the midst of a larger development effort in connection with the transition to AberiaFRAMTID (Assistance Support). Here, you will play an active role in shaping working methods and quality moving forward.
