Do you want to help shape the future work environment in a socially important organization? We are now looking for an authorized interior architect for a comprehensive local project where function, sustainability, and identity are at the center.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating a functional, welcoming, and sustainable work environment for both employees and visitors. The interior design should reflect the organization's mission, values, and graphic profile – while also meeting high standards for quality, reuse, and long-term sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

📝 Developing specifications for the procurement of furnishings ♻️ Inventorying existing furniture and assessing reuse and additional needs 🪑 Proposing sustainable interior solutions in line with the graphic profile 📐 Creating furniture proposals and, if necessary, 2D/3D drawings 📊 Preparing decision-making materials for the steering group 🔊 Optimizing acoustics, lighting, and ergonomics 🤝 Collaborating closely with project management and other functions

The work begins by defining needs, scope, and frameworks for time and budget – you will be involved from the start and contribute strategically throughout the process.

✔️ Is an authorized interior architect with relevant academic education and/or documented experience in similar assignments ✔️ Has experience working within public sector ✔️ Is accustomed to working based on government framework agreements, for example via avropa.se ✔️ Has excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in presenting your ideas to decision-makers. You combine creative vision with business understanding and sustainability thinking.
