Property Administrator Needed for Exciting Assignment in Stockholm
Are you a service-oriented and unpretentious Property Administrator available for a new and exciting assignment with a well-known player in Stockholm?
We are currently looking for a Property Administrator for an assignment of approximately 12 months full-time with a large property company located centrally in Stockholm. Start is desired no later than March.

The company is at the forefront of its niche and has a strong focus on environmental and sustainable development.
The office is very centrally located in Stockholm and is easy to access by public transport. Hybrid work is possible, but many colleagues prefer to work mostly from the office.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Property Administrator, the focus is on administrative support regarding lease agreements and rent invoicing. Your tasks will include:
- Administration of rents and other income related to lease agreements.
- Reviewing and registering lease agreements in the rental system Faciliate.
- Issuing rent invoices and making reconciliations.
- Monitoring and collecting unpaid receivables.
- Administering waivers of tenancy protection with the rent tribunal.
- Handling deposits and securities.
- Contacting external clients regarding inquiries about invoicing, reconciliations, and related matters.
- Continuously contributing to improvements by initiating, driving, and participating in various investigation and improvement projects within rental administration and related areas.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that fall within the scope of rent, lease agreements, and rental claims administration.
Your Profile
To fit the role, we see that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from companies managing commercial premises. You have a strong interest in systems and digitization and are eager to participate in projects related to efficiency and improvement measures. If you also have experience with the Faciliate system, it is considered an extra merit.
As a person, you are a positive problem-solver with an eye for detail, who loves service and has a broad network. You thrive as part of a team that together creates improved routines and utilization of systems.
Success Factors
- At least 3 years of previous experience in rental administration
- Interest in systems and familiarity with property systems
- Previous experience with the Faciliate system is highly meritorious
- Service-oriented, communicative, positive, and unpretentious
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
