Technical Project Manager at Stiftelsen Clara
Stiftelsen Clara manages significant properties and land such as Campus Flemingsberg including Södertörn University. We are looking for someone who wants to drive innovative technical projects in a stable government organization with good resources. Here you will contribute to a sustainable campus environment and work on meaningful projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a key person in driving and executing various technical projects within their properties, for example, a project where solar panels will be installed. The role involves taking initiatives, finding solutions, and ensuring that projects progress efficiently, from the idea stage to completion, often with external parties and internal stakeholders.
This is a consulting assignment via Academic Work initially extending until the summer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
The role involves independently driving and coordinating technical projects within property management, from initial planning to completion, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Drive projects from start to finish, for example, the installation of solar power systems.
- Be responsible for and develop projects within charging infrastructure.
- Coordinate and book external technicians and contractors.
- Maintain contacts with authorities, schools, and suppliers.
- Collect, process, and analyze project data in Excel.
- Ensure project progress and budget compliance.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and investigations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a relevant technical education from a university or college, for example, in construction, energy, or equivalent.
- Has an interest in technology and property issues.
- Has a good ability to drive projects independently and take initiatives.
- Has advanced skills in Excel for data collection and analysis.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in IT, energy, industry, construction, or property.
