JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in grades 7-9, planning, implementing, and evaluating your teaching.

In this role, you need to motivate and inspire joy in our students through clear leadership by creating good learning environments. As a teacher, you work based on needs, and through your approach and teaching, you give all students the opportunity to develop as far as possible based on their conditions.

The role includes documenting students' knowledge development and analyzing results based on systematic quality work. For this, formative and summative assessment are important parts of successful teaching.

Collaborating and creating positive relationships is an important part of the work. You will have contact with the students' guardians and, if necessary, collaborate with external actors. Together with teachers, leisure educators, and other staff in the work team, as well as other colleagues at the school, you will also be part of our ongoing work to develop and evaluate our methods. With us, the teaching profession is not a solitary job; both you and our organization develop best together!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with subject competence in English to teach grades 7-9. You have good knowledge in your subject areas and experience teaching at the secondary level.

You have a professional approach and work with evidence-based learning. Where possible, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. You are a clear leader in the classroom, structured and prepared, but also flexible when needed.

We place great importance on the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and we prefer that you are a team player who believes in collaboration and can work selflessly with your colleagues.
