Nicolaiskolan is hiring teachers for adapted upper secondary school
Nicolaiskolan, an adapted upper secondary school in Helsingborg, has about 40 students over four years with the national programs in Aesthetic Activities and Trade and Services.

Job responsibilities
We are looking for someone who consciously works to create a good learning environment that is challenging, stimulating, and encourages students' curiosity and learning. All students should meet adults who see each student's unique opportunities, create trusting and secure relationships, and show enthusiasm and commitment in their interactions with the student. You are flexible and solution-oriented in your work. Together with other educators in the team, you will be responsible for developing the operations so that each student is given the best possible conditions for development and learning. Your role in this will be to teach in the common subjects of upper secondary school.
The position also includes mentorship for one of the classes.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a special education teacher qualification or equivalent competence and experience. You must have a primary school teacher degree (licensure is required for permanent employment). You should be well acquainted with the curricula of the adapted upper secondary school.
We want you to describe your abilities in meeting students, in leadership, and in collaboration with others in your application and during a possible interview.
