Dalaskolan Norra is looking for a leisure center teacher

In Bromölla, Dalaskolan Norra is an F-6 school with approximately 260 students and 35 adults working together. The school activities are divided into age-homogeneous classes from preschool to grade 6. The school facilities are shared with three leisure departments that receive students in the morning and afternoon as well as during breaks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a leisure center teacher who wants to help shape and develop our leisure center and school. Your mission is based on your ability to create good conditions for student learning in collaboration with other educators at the school.

You will have close collaboration with the school's educators and the team at the leisure center. Your position will primarily be at the school's lower grades, and teaching will be relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a teacher with a focus on leisure centers or has a leisure pedagogue education
• is well-structured
• has a toolbox with various strategies to guide and challenge students in their knowledge development.
• involves students in planning and develops their ability to learn
• is secure and stable in your adult role and has a good ability to build good relationships.
• has good collaboration skills, listens, and understands people's different conditions for learning.
• has very good knowledge of NPF

You have a great commitment and are well aware of the school's and leisure center's curriculum. Together with the team, you plan and organize your work effectively for the student and the student group.
