Förslöv School is a K-9 school with over 530 students. We have 75 employees distributed across 5 teams. We work based on “The Whole Child – All the Way,” where we collectively take responsibility for both the social and academic development of our students. The foundation is based on a permissive and stimulating study environment where we strive to provide each student with the best possible schooling. We focus on relational pedagogy with students' safety and participation as important components. Within our staff, we have a high density of qualified teachers and a shared drive to continue developing our school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As one of our employees is retiring, we are now looking for a positive, engaged, and flexible educator who wants to teach and inspire our students during school and leisure time.

In your main assignment, you will plan together and systematically with other leisure staff to create good conditions and develop the leisure activities. Our operations should be based on our governing documents, the latest research, and proven experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher with the authority to teach in leisure homes.

• You have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically based on applicable governing documents and with a professional approach.
• You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group, and you see and meet students' different needs based on their varying conditions.
• You stimulate all students to develop and inform students and guardians in a good way.
• You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the operations.

OTHER

We offer wellness grants and the opportunity for both salary and vacation pay exchange according to applicable agreements. A smoke-free working time is applied. As part of the Family Helsingborg, we collaborate with other municipalities in the region for professional development and exchange of experiences.
