Engaged and Knowledgeable Vocational Teacher Wanted

We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable vocational teacher for the Sales and Service Program at Carl Engström High School in Eslöv Municipality.

Carl Engström High School is a municipal upper secondary school with approximately 750 students and 120 staff members. The school offers vocational programs, higher education preparatory programs, introductory programs, and adapted upper secondary school. Our goal is to provide each student with the best possible conditions to achieve their high school diploma and develop for the future.

Your Mission

As a teacher, you play a central role in the students' knowledge development and personal growth. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to engaging and inclusive teaching where every student has the opportunity to succeed. With a creative and student-centered approach, you create teaching that is both relevant and motivating.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Teaching subjects related to the Sales and Service Program
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching according to the school's governing documents, focusing on the students' different needs and learning styles
  • Actively participating in the school's pedagogical development and collaborating with colleagues for a positive learning culture
  • Providing support and guidance to help students reach their full potential, both inside and outside the classroom

Your Experience

We are looking for an educator with both vocational knowledge and teaching experience who can contribute to students' learning and the school's development.

  • Licensed vocational teacher with a focus on the Sales and Service Program
  • Ability to pedagogically and didactically design teaching that combines clear structure with engagement and adaptation to different students
  • Good knowledge of the school's governing documents and a commitment to developing teaching in line with current guidelines and research-based methods.
  • Preferably experience teaching at the upper secondary level and work experience in the industry
