Förslöv School is a F-9 school with over 530 students. We have 75 employees distributed across 5 teams. We work based on “The Whole Child – All the Way” where we collectively take responsibility for both the social and academic development of our students. The foundation is based on a permissive and stimulating study environment where we strive to give each student the best possible schooling. We focus on relational pedagogy with students' safety and participation as important parts. Within our staff, we have a high density of qualified teachers and a shared drive to continue developing our school.

JOB DESCRIPTION

For the autumn term, we are looking for an engaged and clear teacher in mathematics and science for grades 4-6 at Förslöv School. One of our current teachers is retiring.

Planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching in mathematics and science, working based on governing documents and the different needs of students, close collaboration with colleagues in the team, mentoring responsibilities, including responsibility for the class's social and academic development as well as contact with guardians.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a positive learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and have the opportunity to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified teacher with authorization in several science subjects and mathematics. You have good didactic skills, work in a structured manner, and use follow-up and analysis to develop teaching and strengthen students' results.

We would like you to have authorization to teach in several subjects.

You are a clear team player who:

• is a qualified teacher authorized to teach mathematics and science for grades 4-6,
• is structured, relationship-building, and clear in your leadership,
• has a good ability to adapt teaching according to students' different conditions,
• enjoys the mentoring role and collaborates well with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

OTHER
