Team Leader for the Employment Unit in Eslöv Municipality

We are now looking for a team leader for our external operations with a focus on café activities. Here you will play an important role in leading, planning, and supporting participants who are in internships, work training, or employment programs – with the goal of helping them achieve their own sustainable livelihood.
Your Mission
As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily operations and for creating a developing and safe work environment for our participants. You will combine practical work in the café with pedagogical guidance.
You will:
- Plan and lead the daily work in the café
- Guide and support participants in various employment initiatives
- Have some responsibility for the work environment
- Receive orders, prepare and ensure deliveries
- Ensure good service and a professional approach towards customers
- Collaborate with other units and departments within the municipality as well as external actors
The work primarily takes place during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur on rare occasions.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with relevant experience and competence to lead and guide others in a practical setting. You are confident in your professional role and used to taking responsibility.
We see that you:
- Can express yourself well in both speech and writing, as communication and documentation are important parts of the mission
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in café operations and/or food handling
- Have experience in leadership, guidance, and pedagogical work
- Have a B driver's license
- Speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish
