We are looking for an Aftermarket Coordinator for our client Mecon Bygg AB, which operates in construction and contracting. In this role, you will be responsible for case management related to the aftermarket and coordinate and resolve various issues that arise. You will ensure high quality and satisfied customers in Mecon Bygg's aftermarket process. You will have close dialogue with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues, representing the company and being the contact person regarding warranty issues. The position includes significant personal responsibility, and you need to have good service skills and enjoy a coordinating role with multiple points of contact. We prefer that you have experience from a similar role previously.

The position is a direct recruitment where we at The Place handle the entire recruitment process, and you will then be employed directly by Mecon Bygg AB.

About the role: As an aftermarket coordinator, you will be the hub in managing cases after project completion. You will be responsible for:

• Continuously registering, following up, and addressing cases regarding complaints and grievances.

• Keeping clients informed about the status of ongoing cases and closures.

• Following up and reconciling invoices and finance-related tasks connected to the aftermarket.

• Participating in the handover from production to aftermarket and ensuring that all required documents are available and stored correctly.

• Delegating urgent cases to subcontractors and ensuring they are handled correctly.

• Coordinating warranty inspections and service visits, and ensuring that warranty commitments are met.

• Weekly reporting statistics and status on cases to the responsible manager.

• Short business trips may occur during working hours.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

• Experience from a similar role in the construction and contracting industry.

• A degree in construction engineering, building, or similar.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Has very good administrative skills.

• Is proficient in systems.

• Has a B driver's license.

• Experience in property management is a plus.

You have some grit and can drive cases with both accuracy and efficiency, enjoying “detective work” and finding causes and solutions. Furthermore, it is important that you are structured, self-driven, and have the ability to follow up on both administrative and financial processes. You also contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the office.

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Mecon Bygg AB, with a 6-month probationary period. Desired start as soon as possible, but with consideration for notice period. You will work from the office at Lindetorpsvägen 11 in Johanneshov. Working hours are Mon-Fri 7-16 with some flexibility.
