We are now looking for a real estate coordinator to the customer center team at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to increasing the number of transactions and customer satisfaction with us. Your experience as a real estate agent, coordinator, or assistant gives you a unique understanding of the industry and its challenges. About the roleTwo years ago, we launched our new customer center at the headquarters with a focus on increasing the number of transactions. Here you will be part of the broker support team, which supports our franchisees and brokers across Sweden. You will belong to a team of customer advisors and real estate coordinators where you can help each other and collaborate.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing materials for intake and valuation meetings as well as marketing properties

• Coordinating brokerage assignments through continuous contact with selling and buying customers

• Checking facts and data about properties and areas

• Developing plans and structures together with brokers for each assignment

• Handling administration related to real estate transactions

An important part of the role as a real estate coordinator also involves contacting potential customers by phone to book meetings with our brokers.

You will report to our Customer Center Manager and work from our headquarters in central Stockholm, where we have over 50 employees.

Your background

• Experience as a real estate agent, coordinator, or assistant

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
