Assignment content

  • Administrative responsibility for the assortment within assigned categories.

  • Supporting business responsibility to the Category & Purchasing Manager regarding strategy, planning, implementation, follow-up, turnover, and results.

  • Participate and support in category projects, category plans, JM plans, and any JM negotiations.

  • Actively contribute to effective teamwork as a member of the EV team.

  • Information responsibility for the intranet related to the assortment, such as brand messages and internal inquiries.

  • Responsible for handling complaints and withdrawals as well as ensuring information flows.

  • Ongoing contact with warehouses and logistics partners regarding backorders and follow-ups.

  • Joint responsibility for documenting, developing, and streamlining processes.

Assortment

  • Revision and publication of newsletters and handling inquiries regarding changes.

  • Publication of product data sheets and safety data sheets.

  • Administration, enrichment, and quality assurance of item files from suppliers.

  • Ensuring that images and texts are available and collecting material from suppliers.

Purchasing & Supplier Collaboration

  • Responsible for price notifications including analysis, negotiation materials, and supplier contact.

  • Administrative handling of input and output prices as well as documentation in common systems.

  • Contract management with the establishment of final agreements in the contract hub.

  • Participation in supplier meetings and follow-up of actions after meetings.

  • Maintenance of the current supplier list with contact details.

  • Handling ongoing inquiries related to campaigns, assortment changes, and news.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in economics, marketing, purchasing, or similar.

  • Meritorious with category knowledge in relevant areas.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Experience in operational purchasing work in collaboration with responsible roles.

  • Structured and methodical working approach.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Good IT and system proficiency.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Good presentation skills.
