ViaCon Group is now looking for a Group Accountant. We are looking for a business-driven individual interested in group accounting and eager to develop within the finance function at a headquarters. In the role of Group Accountant, you will be responsible for group reporting and consolidation together with colleagues. The group consists of about 30 subsidiaries across Europe. In addition to working on consolidation and reporting, you will have the opportunity to assist other senior colleagues within the Group Finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to take the next step in group accounting, financial reporting, tax, financing, internal control, and sustainability reporting, based at a headquarters close to decision-makers. The position reports to the Director of Group Accounting.

Your main tasks will include:

• Consolidation and reporting
• Quality assurance of data from subsidiaries
• Follow-up and analysis
• Internal financial reporting
• Participate in the preparation of the group's annual report, sustainability report, and interim report
• Development of processes for group reporting and consolidation
• Support subsidiaries with system issues
• Internal control
• Liquidity planning

Who are you:

ViaCon is looking for someone with a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting. You have a few years of experience in accounting and some experience in group accounting where you have independently worked with financial statements and reporting. It is advantageous if you have worked in listed companies and have some knowledge of IFRS.

As a person, you are results-driven, meticulous, and unpretentious, motivated by working in a dynamic environment within an international group. The role involves daily contact with our subsidiaries across Europe, which means you need to feel comfortable communicating fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are driven to deliver high quality in your work and have a desire to develop and improve both your working methods and yourself as a person. You are a doer and good at delivering and meeting deadlines. To succeed in the role, you are analytical and can see the big picture early on.
