We are looking for a recruiter in Gothenburg

In the role of recruiter, you will:

• Provide qualified recruitment support to the business through close collaboration with managers and HR.
• Independently drive the entire recruitment process – from job profile to hiring.
• Conduct in-depth assessments and analyses.
• Contribute to developing an efficient, quality-assured, and business-oriented recruitment function.
  We are looking for someone who thrives in an advisory role, works in a structured manner, and has a genuine interest in matching the right competence with the right assignment.

Mandatory requirements

• Solid experience in the role of recruiter.
• Certification in MAP & Matrigma and experience in executive recruitment.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in a business-driven company.
