HAWE Hydraulik Sweden AB is looking for a system-oriented Sales Support and Customer Service professional who is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for customers and colleagues. The role is suitable for those who enjoy varied tasks that combine service, order management, and administration. You will handle customer needs and support sales, finance, and other colleagues. This also involves driving proactive processes. Administrative tasks are a central part of the job.

As a Sales Support and Customer Service at our company, you will among other things:

• Manage customer orders and related purchase orders for our products in our business system Business Central.
• Invoice customers and purchase orders. 
• Create customer quotes.
• Handle service and complaint cases.
• Provide the best possible service to our customers and support our sales team. 
• Monitor deliveries.
• Administer and optimize flows and processes in our quality system.
• Have daily contact and communication with various departments at the parent company in Germany and other subsidiaries. 
• Plan events and customer activities.

About you

You have experience in order management, service, and administration, preferably in a role with varied tasks. To thrive and succeed in this role, you are:

• Structured and meticulous: You create order and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and solution-oriented: You see what needs to be done and take action.
• Communicative and collaborative: You build good relationships and are clear in your communication.
• Quick learner and technically interested: You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and tools. We see an advantage if you know Business Central. 
• Confident in English both written and verbally. 

Other 

You will start with us by agreement and it is a full-time position. You will work at our nice office at Åvägen 24 in Gothenburg.
