Job Description

As a business developer at PL Parkettrenoveringar, you will be a key person in the company's management team. You will be responsible for developing the business, strengthening our long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that we meet our revenue targets. In your role, you will work on strategic issues primarily with insurance companies but also with construction damage companies. This involves everything from how we handle incoming assignments, pricing, and billing, to recruiting and training.

You will work closely with the current CEO and owner, with a clear development plan where you start as a team leader, then transition to a business developer, with the goal of ultimately taking over as CEO. You will play an important role in building culture, structure, and processes in our company, where we are unique in the market with our methods for repairing damaged floors. This role requires both business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to see the big picture, make decisions, and motivate others.

Your Profile

To fit the role of business developer, it is important that you are a genuinely skilled leader with a proven ability to drive business and lead people. You have experience with budget and personnel responsibility and a good understanding of business development. You are a leader with analytical and communication skills who is fearless, sees the big picture, and dares to make tough decisions.

In summary, we are looking for someone who has

• Experience in a leadership position with personnel and budget responsibility
• Relevant education in economics, engineering, and leadership
• Very good IT skills, especially in Excel and Office
• Ability to build financial models and learn new systems for projects and finance
• Strong communication skills and drive to develop businesses
• Experience in construction damage or the insurance industry is a plus

About the Company

We are market leaders in the renovation of parquet floors with our own developed repair methods that save both economic values and the environment. Our business idea is based on sustainability and cost-effectiveness, and we are unique in what we do. With approximately 20 employees and a turnover of 25 million SEK, we primarily work with insurance companies and construction damage companies. We are currently active in the Gothenburg area where we have our headquarters and workshop. We also have a branch in Lagan, Småland. Our ambition is to grow the business as much as our customers, the insurance companies, demand. This means we will expand with new locations in both southern and central Sweden. Additionally, our culture is under development. We are now looking for someone who wants to help shape the future.
