ABOUT THE POSITION

Lingmerths is currently undergoing a transition between business systems, which means increased administration and more manual handling. Therefore, we are now looking for a structured and committed financial administrator for a full-time assignment in Gothenburg, starting immediately and lasting until the summer.

You will be a key person in project flows, invoicing, and system management, working closely with both the project team and project accountant in a dynamic environment with many points of contact. You will work broadly within financial administration with a focus on project flows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the project team and the project accountant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the project accountant in daily tasks
• Ensure structure and quality in the system change
• Manage supplier invoices
• Invoice
• Import projects

• Has financial knowledge and practical experience with accounts payable and customer invoicing
• Has an understanding of project economics
