We are now looking for a Middle Office Coordinator for our office in Gothenburg, a key role that supports the business by ensuring correct documentation, smooth processes, and the highest standards in KYC, contracts, and credit administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Middle Office Coordinator, you will be part of a competent and collaborative team with close contact with customers, account managers, the risk function, legal, and other internal functions. The role encompasses a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that are crucial for the bank to operate correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities

• Manage administration and documentation related to background checks, KYC, and AML processes,

• Be responsible for contract management – sending, reviewing, signing, and registering in internal systems,

• Continuous customer contact and follow-up on customer engagement,

• Manage securities and collateral withdrawals in contact with external authorities, as well as follow-up and update valuations in our internal systems,

• Participate in onboarding and offboarding, ensuring complete documentation and coordinating contacts with other banks/counterparties,

• Be responsible for the development of processes and our internal systems.

ABOUT YOU You work in a structured and meticulous manner, and have the ability to effectively prioritize in an environment with varying tasks. You are communicative and responsible, with a strong focus on quality, accurate documentation, and compliance. Your professionalism and organized working style ensure stable processes and contribute to an efficient flow within the organization.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible,

• Proactive and solution-oriented,

• Communicative and confident in contact with both customers and internal stakeholders,

• Accustomed to working at a fast pace with high quality demands,

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Qualifications

·         At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within banking,

·         Solid experience in KYC, background checks, and document management,

·         Good understanding of credit processes, collateral management, and regulatory requirements,

·         Very good administrative skills and accustomed to working with multiple parallel tasks,

·         Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probation period, starting as agreed.
