We are now looking for an experienced debt collector to join our office in Gothenburg.

We are looking for someone with experience in debt collection who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where responsibility is taken and contributes to the whole.

About the role As a debt collector, you will work with the entire debt collection process from start to finish. The role is varied and suits you who enjoys an independent position with close collaboration in a smaller team. As the company grows, you will also have the opportunity to influence routines, working methods, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handling debt collection cases throughout the entire flow

• Contact with debtors, clients, and partners

• Establishing and following up on payment plans

• Assessing cases for further actions

• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods

We would like you to:

• Have experience in debt collection management and the entire case flow

• Work in a structured, meticulous, and businesslike manner

• Be communicative and professional in dialogue with various parties

• Thrive in a smaller company with short decision-making paths
