Independent Accounting Consultant Wanted at MinCFO

MinCFO is looking for an independent accounting consultant who wants to work closely with clients, analyze numbers thoroughly, and contribute to better business decisions for the company's customers. About the Role:

As an accounting consultant at MinCFO, you will have overall responsibility for your client assignments and act as a reliable and long-term financial partner. You will work with ongoing bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual financial statements, but the role extends far beyond that. An important part of the job involves developing and ensuring the quality of reporting, analyzing clients' finances, and following up on profitability, key figures, and deviations. Through advisory services and dialogue, you help clients understand their numbers and use them as a basis for better decisions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our product team to develop MinCFO's platform for reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will maintain close contact with your clients and be responsible for follow-up, analysis, and advisory related to their financial development. At the same time, you will drive improvements and efficiencies in working methods and processes, both internally and with clients. Experience in payroll processes is a plus but not a requirement.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in accounting, preferably from an agency, who is used to independently managing accounting and financial statements. You have a good understanding of the entire accounting flow and an interest in financial management and analysis. You are tech-savvy, with experience in Fortnox being a plus, and you feel confident communicating financial matters in a pedagogical and trustworthy manner. If you have had your own client responsibility, run your own business, or worked in a more advisory role, we see that as a significant advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite.
