Job Responsibilities We are now looking for a Damage Technician - Sheet Metal who wants to help shape the future of the repair shop with us. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are restored to their original condition with the highest quality. You will work independently with body damage, sheet metal work, and frame bench work. The role also includes welding, disassembly, and assembly of components as well as glass work.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Independently perform repairs of body damage, including rust repair and sheet metal work
• Diagnose damage on the vehicle and determine the repair method
• Initiate and calibrate replaced parts such as radar, cameras, and sensors
• Actively collaborate with the paint department and customer reception
• Ensure quality standards through self-checks and documentation
• Participate in improvement work and follow safety regulations in the workshop

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has an eye for detail, with a natural sense of color and form. You enjoy working independently while also appreciating being part of a supportive team. Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Automotive technical education - at least at the high school level - with a focus on bodywork/sheet metal.
• Modern technical knowledge as vehicles' equipment has become more advanced
• Experience in damage calculation is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (B)
