Do you want to be part of our wonderful team? We are now looking for a service-minded and outgoing staffing coordinator for a full-time temporary position starting in early 2026 until August 2027, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

We work with staffing and recruitment and are specialized in retail. We have the best tools in the market for both recruitment and staffing. We staff our clients' stores and always strive to build long-term and close relationships with both clients and our colleagues (consultants). We maintain a very high service level and adapt to our clients' needs.

Our clients' stores are open seven days a week, and to provide them with the best possible service, work on weekends and public holidays, as well as being on call in the evenings, is included in a rotating schedule. Work shifts are distributed according to need and agreement. Travel in the job may occur.

• Be responsible for staffing, i.e., monitoring and ensuring that shifts are booked and carried out
• Maintain regular contact with our colleagues (consultants) and our clients
• Introduce newly hired colleagues (consultants)
• Candidate and client activities / client care through fairs and store visits
• HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, statistics, reconciling time reports, etc.
• Managing our social media

• Have at least 1 year of experience in sales and service within retail
• Have experience in administrative work
• Experience from the staffing and/or recruitment industry is an advantage
• Have studied HR/PA or similar
• Are curious, meticulous, flexible, responsible, and open to change
• Are a true team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team with high ceilings and a fast pace
• Are outgoing, good at building relationships, and used to delivering a very high level of service
• Can express yourself professionally in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
