We are now looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives for our office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg!

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist companies with various questions regarding their cash solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-class customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries regarding orders, settlement reports, as well as more technical issues, such as their cash register displaying error codes. The work will primarily be conducted via incoming emails, but chat and phone calls may also occur.

The customer service hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:00, Saturday-Sunday 10-17. Therefore, the shifts will involve daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the job and how to deliver the best customer service.

About You

Requirements

• You speak fluent Finnish, both spoken and written is mandatory for this position
• Basic computer skills
• Completed high school education
• Clean criminal record

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service or other service professions
• Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
• Interest in problem-solving
