About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you play a key role in our commercial organization. You are responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and creating long-term profitable business. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, category, supply chain, and field organization.
The position is based in Gothenburg.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop central customer accounts
- Lead contract negotiations, activity planning, and customer plans
- Drive assortment, campaign, and category projects together with the customer
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of centrally agreed activities
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales, profitability, and campaign outcomes
- Build strong, long-term relationships and position Triumf Glass as a preferred partner
- Monitor the market, trends, and competitors to ensure the right strategies moving forward
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines business acumen, structure, and relationship-building with a strong desire to make a difference.
We believe you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant commercial role, preferably as KAM in Service Trade & Foodservice
- Have experience working with larger chain or key customers and central agreements
- Have a good understanding of sales, category development, and customer profitability
- Are analytical, structured, and accustomed to working data-driven
- Have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
- Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
