About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you play a key role in our commercial organization. You are responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and creating long-term profitable business. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, category, supply chain, and field organization.
The position is based in Gothenburg.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop central customer accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations, activity planning, and customer plans
  • Drive assortment, campaign, and category projects together with the customer
  • Ensure implementation and follow-up of centrally agreed activities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales, profitability, and campaign outcomes
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and position Triumf Glass as a preferred partner
  • Monitor the market, trends, and competitors to ensure the right strategies moving forward

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines business acumen, structure, and relationship-building with a strong desire to make a difference.
We believe you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant commercial role, preferably as KAM in Service Trade & Foodservice
  • Have experience working with larger chain or key customers and central agreements
  • Have a good understanding of sales, category development, and customer profitability
  • Are analytical, structured, and accustomed to working data-driven
  • Have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
  • Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
