Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a communicative and structured customer service representative for our e-commerce department. The role is broad and includes everything from handling customer inquiries to administrative tasks related to our e-commerce processes.

About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will work with questions related to orders placed online. You are often the customer's first contact with the company, and your work is crucial for the customer to feel heard and to receive a solution to their problems. Do you enjoy providing the best possible service, especially in customer service? Are you also solution-oriented and attentive to the customer's needs? Do you have previous experience in any form of customer service? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Examples of Common Tasks

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Handling cases such as complaints, returns, product inquiries, and cancellations.
• You act as the hub in communication between the customer and various departments or suppliers when it comes to resolving more complex customer issues.

Your Profile

• We prefer that you have experience from the service or sales industry.
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Organized and structured with the ability to prioritize your tasks.
• A solution-oriented mindset and a pronounced sense of service and customer orientation.

Working Hours/Duration:

Seasonal employment, temporary. Full-time 40 hours/week. Scheduled working hours Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00
